Material:
- 10 shrimp
- 1 large carrot
- 1 small broccoli
- 1/2 cauliflower
- Little ear mushroom
- Little Kapri
- Little young corn
Seasoning:
- 3 garlic, chopped
- 1cm ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce in English
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolved with 3 tablespoons
water)
- salt
- enough water
How to make:
- Wash vegetables and cut into pieces
- Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the chopped ginger
and shrimp until it changes color
- Add enough carrots and water, then all the other
seasonings, check the taste
- Add all the other vegetables except broccoli. Do not cook
for too long, about vegetables are half done.
- Finally enter the broccoli, stir briefly, then the
cornstarch solution. Stir until the water turns slightly thick, turn off the
heat.
