Chicken Thigh Rendang



Ingredients:
- 4 organic chicken thighs
- 2 pieces of sliced ​​potatoes
- 2 eggs boiled
- 1 sheet of sliced ​​turmeric leaf
- 4 pieces of citrus leaf
- 2 sheets of greetings
- 1 pack of garlic (dried grated coconut)
- 200 ml coconut milk + water
- Salt, seasoning and sugar

Substance:
- 8 pieces of red onion
- 3 pieces of garlic
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 cm of ginger
- 1 cm galangal
- 2 lemongrass
- 3 cayenne pepper
- Three red chili peppers

How to make:
- Fried potatoes aside.
- Heat oil stir-frying ingredients until they are dry and break out.
- Add the stir-fried chicken for a moment and then add the coconut milk with the stir-frying water.
- Add the cherry, lime leaves, bay leaf, and turmeric leaves.
- Then add potatoes and boiled eggs add salt, sugar and seasoning.
- Cook over low heat until hot, if you want to boil it should not cook until dry.
