Sate madura’s or often called
satay is food that Comes from
madura. Which is made from chicken/goat meat cut into small pieces then stabbed
after that burned use charcoal. After beind burned then given a peanut sauce
seasoning. Different manufacturer make satay madura liked by many people. Sate
madura is also famous in the archipelago, especially jakarta, medan, bandung,
surabaya. Its distinctive and different taste makes this madura satay loved by
many people.
Madura Satay actually inspired
from sate ponorogo. In ancient times the group jaram panoleh duke sumenep madura. Visit his
brother named lembu kanigoro or batoro katong as dukes di ponorogo. At that
time the duke of madura and his entourag e were given sate ponorogo dishes. Never
encountered by duke of madura and the older brother lembu kanigoro explained
that the food was often eaten by warrior ponorogo. After returning from
ponorogo duke sumenep also made like satay ponorogo but it was different.
