Cassava Cheese Recipe



Ingredients :
  1. Cassava 1 ½ kg
  2. Cold water / ice 1 ½ liter


Ground spices
1.   Garlic 7 clove
2.   Salt 2 ½ tsp

Sprinkling ingredients
1.   Cheese cheddar

The steps
1. Peel cassava then clean. Cut into pieces rather large
2. Steam cassava for 30 minutes. Until soft. Lift
3. Take a container. Mix cold water/ice. Let stand for 1 ½ hour until cassava blooms.
4. Heat the cooking oil. Then fry cassava on medium heat until cooked evenly brownish yellow in color
5. Remove and drain into aplate, grate the cheese to taste
