     Rujak cingur surabaya is food that comes from East Java Surabaya. Besides the typical taste of surabaya. Rujak cingur’s mean has differences in general. the word cingur mean the mouth/snout of beef that is boiled and cut into pieces. then served with fruits and vegetables.
