Fried Sausage Solo



     Sausage solo typical food of Central Java Solo. Made from ground beef/chicken then wrapped in an omelelet. Solo sausage mean has a difference in other sausages. Namely the contents and shape. So it becomes a regional specialty food. Reportedly kanjeng sultan pakubowono x who created “sausage solo mean.




Recipe
-200gr of flour
-1 egg
-300gr of water
-1/2tsp of salt
- cooking oil

Content
-300gr ground beef
-3 cloves of garlic,puree
-1/2tsp pepper powder
-1tsp salt
-1 minced leek
-2sdm cooking oil

How to make

  • Mix the flour,eggs,water and salt until smooth and then omelette in a non-stick skillet.
  • Heat the oil, puree the seasoning,saute the spices until fragrant,add the meat,cook on medium heat,add the leek saute until fragrant,add the slightly shrunk.
  • Spread the omelette,fill with meat to taste and then glue with eeg.
  • Beat the eggs and then add the sausage in egg.
  • Preheat oil, fry with medium hot oil.
  • Serve using Cayenne pepper.
